Hasaan Gilani

Hasaan Gilani has over 10 years of international coaching, consulting, and software development experience. He holds a Bachelors in Electrical and Computer Engineering and an Executive MBA. Hasaan is the managing director and founder of Red Cubez. He leads an executive team responsible for establishing and executing the strategic direction of the firm, management of client relationships, assembling and providing executive oversight for delivery teams, managing internal operations, and driving Red Cubez’s continued growth and success. Hasaan understands how technology and the digital channels are changing business and has a passion for helping companies succeed by strategically leveraging technology and data to drive business.

Prior to Red Cubez, Hasaan held multiple positions in software development and consulting firms and has been involved with various stages of product development. He is credited with delivering many high profile multi-million dollar projects in financial, educational, government and real-estate sectors.

Salman Gilani

Salman Gilani has been out in the market for over 6 years and knows the industry inside out; he has devoted considerable time to understand and explore the varying trends and attractions that exist in the market and is well versed on implementing the right solutions right time. He is an MBA by profession and an entrepreneur by passion.

Salman is a partner and co-founder of Red Cubez. He leads the operations for the company and is focused on delivering impact in a complex and rapidly changing sector. He aims to scale up the digital focus of varying companies and offers them the best models to realize their goals.

Before becoming a part of Red Cubez, Salman has been associated with a few corporate organizations- he brings with him a diverse experience in business development, sales and project management. He also has to his credit successful planning and launch of 3 start-ups in recent years.

Zoya Hussain

Zoya Hussain has a diverse firsthand experience in marketing, human resource planning & development, operations and client servicing. She holds an MBA degree and is an IFC certified trainer with expertise in assessing lags and training needs. She has successfully conducted workshops in various organizations and educational institutions while fulfilling objectives of the training required by the organization and the participants.

Zoya appreciates how technology is playing a major role in bridging gaps in all these sectors while rendering every business model more progressive and dynamic in nature and ensures that all organization plans proposed by her focus on futuristic growth and progress while retaining an element of tradition and convention.

Malik Hassan

Malik Hassan holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management and Specialization in Finance & Investments. He has been working on monetizing payment gateways and easy payment alternatives for the Pakistani Market.

Hassan is a core member of the Red Cubez team. He leads the Finance Team and focuses on achieving long term objectives for the company as well as keeping the current liquidity of the company in check. Hassan has been associated with a few corporate organizations- he has worked in Finance Sector and brings with him much needed Financial experience.

Shoaib Hadeed

Stories can create change and bring ideas to life. They can shape the reality, perceive the future and imprint in the past. "Storytelling" was what inspired me to follow arts and design; using various mediums to create stories (video, sound,). Graduating from Beaconhouse National University, Lahore; my journey with functional and contemporary design lead me to discover my passion to break norms and conventional ideas in order create stories which could be both, fun and they work.

Everyday I'm learning new ways to break, create and implement ideas through design, trying to make it easy to understand, solve a problem (one step at a time) and making it look good along the way.
