You can assign an agent to a property and select whether you are buyer's, seller's or dual agent.

RMS gives you the capability to see who different properties are doing in your portfolio. How many days its been sitting on sale or how many days it took to be sold.

Get reports for number of sales, purchases or agents performance for a fiscal year.

Properties

RMS allows you to manage all your properties in one spot. The intuitive list display shows all properties in a card format with visual data showing key indicators. You can view more detail by browsing individual properties. Each singular property display view shows detailed characteristics from last purchase date to information about buyer/seller and the agents that were part of the last transaction.

Sales History

With every property, you get an insight into its Sales History records. The sales history gives you a graphical insight of sale/purchase of each property along with the dates and finances.

Agent List

For every real estate firm, the key assets are its agents. RMS makes it easy and simple to handle agents and visualize what every agent is tasked with and how they are performing. It lists all the property sold, bought, etc. by each individual agent vs the number of properties that have been sitting in a market for a while.
